Dear Tracey
Thankyou for all your inspiration and advice and for teaching me such a great variety of workouts. It has been the perfect way to get back into a fitness regime and I needed your proffesional, caring approach to do it! I would be happy to recommend you to anyone else.
Best wishes, Emma
After having my second child I was desperate to lose weight and thought, ‘I can do this on my own’, but nothing was happening. So with some hesitation, I phoned Tracey and initially requested the trial period, which didn’t commit me too much. However Tracey’s friendly and fun personality, and the way she motivated me made me want to carry on so I signed up for the 12 week “Tracey treatment”. Each session is planned around your preferences, whilst working towards your individual goals. I looked forward to these to see what creative moves we would be doing in the space you have available. Tracey leaves you with an exercise plan to do until you next meet. These sessions, on my own, just when I was thinking no more I need to stop, I heard her voice in my head, “just four more”, “remember to breath”, which spurs you on to do a few more. Following her guidance has really seen my weight come off, pre-children and even after years of “dieting” did not even see these results. The complementary comments I get now are thanks to Tracey keeping exercise fun and on your toes ….literally.
So if you’re in any doubt pick up that phone and have a chat, I haven’t regretted it at all.

I was fed up of feeling sluggish, tired, overweight and also not motivated enough to do anything positive about it. After an initial consultation to make sure it was right for me, agree my targets and discuss general lifestyle issues it was full steam ahead. The training was for three months in which time not only did Tracey agree to put up with me, I had to reach my targets. This meant she was doing her training properly provided I followed her advice. My targets were to lose about a stone in weight and two inches from both my hips and waist. To me this sounded impossible but Tracey assured me it was achievable. On my first session I was weighed, blood pressure taken and then it was off around the village for a mile power walk. All I had to do was to walk as fast as I could without stopping or chatting to people on the way (which was harder). Afterwards I then had to do various other strength and flexibility tests. One being the press up of which I laughed because I know I couldn't do them. I was right - my score was zero! The worst thing though was my metabolic age which was four years older than I am. During the following 12 weeks, Tracey had an hourly session once a week with me. She then left an itinerary of exercises for me to do throughout the week, plus diagrams and picture charts to remind me of how to do them. As the weeks progressed so did the intensity of the exercises. The great thing about seeing someone weekly is that it always kept me on my toes (usually in trainers) because I know I had to report on how I was doing and how well I'd stuck to the schedule. We've had some great laughs, she's incredibly encouraging, knew what I was capable of and really pushed me to my limits. Over the weeks I've been power walking, running, boxing, bar wrestling, stepping, skipping, kicking, cycling, using resistance bands, weights and rowing machine. Most of these I've had readily available to me but sadly just haven't bothered to use. Tracey has nurtured me to all these various activities that most of them come naturally to me (except the step - I didn't quite take to that one!) Getting up and going for a run is now second nature, in fact I miss it if I don't go. My three months finished and I lost my stone in weight, 3.5 inches off my waist and 2 off my hips. My metabolic age has dropped 14 years making me now 9 years younger than I am. Plus I can now do 8 press ups! I would like to thank Tracey for all her hard work with me over these three months!
